Project planning
We will listen carefully to your needs and clearly tell you what we can deliver and when. Throughout the project your project manager will be available, he will report the status of your project, consult you if needed and deliver your project safely and on time. Note that you don't have any additional expenses for the project management.

The way we work
After receiving your request, you are contacted by your project manager to understand it in details.
The project manager estimates your project. We send you this information via e-mail. If you accept this, you place your order.
After that, the project manager selects all the required translation resources.
Small projects: In order to guarantee the greatest accuracy and consistency of translation, we ask a single translator to translate a single project in toto. The translation is proofread when necessary (quality control procedure implies some additional charges and ensures the highest quality of your translation).
Large projects: Your translation team compile the glossary terms with the help of our subject matter experts. If you have an already compiled terminology list you may provide it to us. We use CAT discounts for texts which have a high degree of re-utilization.
Having all the instructions, glossaries or translation memories the translator or the team proceeds to work. Our average translation speed is 2000 words a day by one translator. The translation is proofread by another translator and after this by subject matter expert focusing on stylistic and terminology continuity. One to three additional days will be necessary for verification.
Then if needed we address to our DTP specialists and engineers.
Finally, the project manager reviews the result. When we are ready to deliver your translation, we request the payment.
After delivery of the translation and of all original documents we contact you to see if you are satisfied with our work. If you want to make any changes to the translation, we will do this quickly and free of charge.
